Hi y’all! So glad you stopped by! My name is Katie! I am a 27 year-old child of God, wife, step-mom, twin girl mom, and a civil engineer. We live in a small southern community and spend a lot of time on the go with church activities, sports and hanging out with our friends/family! In my spare time, to break out from my structured career field, I love to channel my inner Joanna Gaines, find frugal DIY projects for our home, play with my girls, cross things off my To-Do list, try out new recipes, dance to 80s and Y2K music, drink wine with my girlfriends, and challenge my husband to competitive games of Scrabble.
This season of my family’s life, much like a lot of yours, is super busy! As moms we strive to find that perfect balance for our family but sometimes it’s flat out hard to do. We are constantly being pulled in many directions and our brains never shut off! I want to share with you the things I’ve learned, encourage you to be your best self, and to be a listening ear when I can! I want you to know that you aren’t alone!
